Endeavours Partnership owns and operates SeriesBible, a web-based Software As A Service ( SaaS ) authoring application.

If you are an actual or potential Customer of SeriesBible and continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to accept the provisions of our Customer Terms & Conditions.

You also agree that you understand and accept our Customer Privacy Policy

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will inform you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions one calendar month prior to such changes coming into effect. We will use the email address that we have on file for you to accomplish this.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions or our Customer Privacy Policy , please do not continue to use our website.

If, in the future, you are unable to agree to any changes we have made to these Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your relationship with us as outlined below.

• You are a potential Customer if you are subscribed to a current, free, 30 day, free trial to SeriesBible but you have not yet taken out a paid subscription
• Actual Customer
• You are an actual Customer if you have a current, paid for subscripion to SeriesBible
• Visitor
• You are a visitor if you are browsing or otherwise using the SeriesBible website but you are not an Affiliate, an actual Customer or a potential Customer

It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information made available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Refund Policy

In common with most SaaS ( Software as a Service ) businesses, Endeavours Partnership ( owner and operator of SeriesBible ) does not offer refunds to Customers.

We offer a free, 30 day Trial of our service in order to help you to determine whether SeriesBible meets your requirements.

Our Free Trial allows you full, unrestricted access to SeriesBible in our production environment. It exists so that you have plenty of time to evaluate our application and to determine whether it is suitable for your authoring needs.

We strongly recommend that you avail yourself of our Free Trial before you take out a paid subscription.

We treat the Free Trial as a one-off zero price subscription. This means that any content you create during the Free Trial will still be available to you provided that you take out a paid susbcription within 30 days of the expiry of the Free Trial.

Provision Of Service

SeriesBible is hosted by . However, you acknowledge and accept as part of these Terms & Conditions that it is impossible to guarantee 100% uptime of any internet service. You further acknowledge and accept that, although we make every effort to keep our service running, Endeavours Partnership ( owner and operator of SeriesBible ) makes no warranty of any kind to you in this respect

Additionally, you acknowledge that you will not hold Endeavours Partnership ( owner and operator of SeriesBible ) liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in the event of any service failure or loss of data

Copyright in any and all material you createremains your exclusive intellectual property at all times

Termination Of Contract

Your relationship with Endeavours Partnership ( owner and operator of SeriesBible ) automatically expires either when your Free Trial comes to an end or when your paid for subscription runs out.

In line with our Data Retention Policy, we will comntinue to store personal data about you as well as any and all materials you have created, for a period of 30 days following the expiry date of your Free Trial or paid subscripion. This gives you a reasonable amount of ime to consider whetehr you wish to take out or renew a paid subscription and also allows for events which may be happening in your life which may mean we are not your main priority

During the 30 day retention period, you will have 'view access' to SeriesBible. This means you can see your personal data as well as any content you have created but you will not be able to create, edit or delte either your data or your content.

During the 30 day retention period, you will be able to export your content to your own device. The content will be exportable as a compress file ( a zip file ) which will comprise your content in a series of Microsoft Word ( ™ ) documents. Note that the the REPORTS between the different elements of your content will not be preserved.

Should you wish to terminate your contract befoe the expiry of your Free Trial or the expiry of your paid subscription, you may do so at any time by submitting a Termination Notification from within your Account Dashboard. We will automatically trigger the Data Retention Policy process the following day and it will work as described above.

Please note that, in common with other web-based service providers, Endeavours Partnership ( owner and operator of SeriesBible ) does not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to ensure that SeriesBible meets your requirements and it is for this reason that we offer you a free, unrestricted 30 day trial of our application so you can make that judgement before you tke out a paid subscription.

Legal Jurisdiction

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

In the event of any legal dispute between you and Endeavours Partnership ( owner and operator of SeriesBible ), you agree that any legal mediation, hearing, civil or criminal trial shall be heard in an appropriate English tribunal or Court.
